"Point of Presence" - International Representative / Development Offices
AGS provides representation services for your association in Europe to members, potential members, stakeholder groups, third parties, potential sponsors and exhibitors.
AGS provides international associations with a unique network that is global in reach and expertise thanks to the Congrex Group network. We can provide your organization with one or more permanent international bases, reaching out to members and potential members at a local level.
As your representative office, we provide you with:

International Operations Headquarters and/or regional office addresses, including a dedicated phone number and e-mail address.

Dedicated personalized telephone / email reception answered in the name of your organization. AGS staff will answer frequently asked questions (FAQ’s) about your association. All inquiries that need further action will be referred to a designated contact in your organization.

Provide replies to membership and prospective member queries by telephone, fax and email. Receive and dispatch postal mailings and express packages.

Provide access to multi-lingual, multi-national association management staff.

Use of a meeting room.

Access to representation and assistance regarding legal registration, establishment of a bank account and routine administrative services*.
(*Additional fees apply. AGS provides registration services including the drafting and translation of articles of incorporation. Fees are according to the country of registration and the specific services required.)
How does it work?
AGS will assign a team of experienced association management professionals, providing services from our centrally located office in Brussels to co-ordinate and manage international services, including the use of our network offices.
The use of a Representative Office is a cost effective way for your organization to establish an international presence or to develop a new market. The identity of your organization is preserved giving you the benefits of a permanent staff, with the flexibility to easily adjust resources as your needs develop.
